Abstract

|
Scleroderma is recognized as a disorder of the connective tissue characterized by inflammation, degeneration and fibrosis.
A benign variant of scleroderma, CRST syndrome is reported.
The patient with this disorder, thirty-two years old Korean male, has skin changes such as dermal and subutaneous calcinosis, Radnauy´s phenomenon, sclerodactly and telangiectasia.
The possible involvement of the gastrointestinal system and other organs was not cleared and affected individual had a long clinical course.
Brief review of the literature was also made.
